RENTAL POLICIES

All clients of Giant Garden Greetings must agree to these rental policies.  Please treat your yard card greeting with respect!

 

Reservations

  • Your reservation will be confirmed after we confirm availability of date and receive payment. Reservations made within 48 hours of requested date may incur a $20 rush charge.

  • All prices include delivery, set up and take down/removal of the yard greeting display as well as a custom door card.

  • Your greeting will be delivered on the eve or morning of your event, unless other arrangements have been made. Greetings are generally set up prior to 8 AM on the morning  of the event (or on the evening before the event) and removed by 8 AM the morning after the event unless other arrangements are made.

  • If you must cancel, you will receive a full refund within 48 hours of your booking date. Otherwise, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your rate as a refund or may leave the full amount on credit for a future reservation, based on our availability.

  • Our yard greetings are all-weather and will be set up rain or shine unless cancelled 48 hours prior. In the case of extreme weather/weather emergencies, we will contact you regarding cancellation or rescheduling.

  • Contact us if you would like the display removed early for whatever reason. However, no refund can be provided for early removal.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Your yard greeting is a rental; as such, you are responsible for safeguarding the display. Our greetings are meant to be a pleasant surprise. If you are booking a Giant Garden Greetings display for someone else, you must confirm that an adult in that household has provided permission. It is your responsibility to advise them of our policies.

  • Please do not turn on sprinklers or mow around the displays as these can cause damage, which may incur charges. If you have a lawn service, please schedule them to come before the set up date. We cannot set up with sprinklers on!  Sprinklers will damage our sign displays incurring charges.  However, it is appreciated if you water the day prior, so the ground is softened for easier installation.

  • Refunds will not be provided for events out of our control such as active sprinklers, locked gates, aggressive animals or an incorrect address. Refunds will also not be provided if the recipient refuses set-up or requests an early pick up.

  • Please refrain from moving or rearranging signs, attaching items such as balloons or sitting/playing on them. The signs can be bent and scratched easily.  You will be invoiced for missing or damaged items.  

 

Other Policies

  • We reserve the right to take photos of the yard set up to use for marketing purposes, unless specifically requested not to do so.

  • Giant Garden Greetings and all representatives are not responsible or held liable for any injury or damage that may inadvertently be caused to any person or personal property during the set up or removal of the yard display.

  • We reserve the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, disrespectful or do not fit the celebratory nature of our business and for orders requested for areas we deem unsafe.
